3 Day Weekend

I spent most of the three day weekend relaxing at home. Although, I finished up watching the end of the second season of supernatural with my girlfriend, as well as ran some errands shopping for a few things, this and that.

On Sunday, I went up north to Yaedake to view the cherry blossoms. The Sakura were in full bloom and very pretty. I will try to get some photos uploaded soon. I ran into a former student I taught while I was up there, as well as the hotel staff at the resort hotel I stayed at for Christmas. I bought a few Daikon as well since they were only 100 yen a piece. Then, went to my girlfriend's house to give her father his birthday present. It was his 63rd birthday.

It has been raining and cloudy lately. Today is the first day back at work this week and it is dark and cloudy and rainy outside today too. The Futenma airbase helicopters are flying as usual being noisy too.

I have to run to Naha to meet someone who is applying to go to the UO AEI and do not understand the English application form and need my help to fill it out.
